Cyndie Bryant, Vice President/Director of Memory Care and Resident Services
Koelsch Communities is growing in greater Chicago this year. Please welcome our newest communities: Northbrook Inn Memory Care Community, which opened earlier this year; Lakeview in Bloomingdale, set to open in spring; Maple Glen in Glen Ellyn, opening in summer; and Waverly Inn in Arlington Heights, opening in winter.
Our story began in 1958 in a modest Kelso, Washington, nursing home. It was here that Koelsch Senior Communities’ founders Emmett and Alice Koelsch established our family’s commitment to excellence in senior care.
Cyndie Bryant began her career learning how to make residents’ beds from Alice. Now, she is the vice president/director of Memory Care & Resident Services and is committed to nurse development while focusing on dementia and memory care. Our quality of care and level of services are a focal point for the continuous success of the resident services team. Our hourly and respite care program is aimed at relieving the stress of loved ones. The program is led by a 24-hour on-site licensed nursing team that is dedicated to the care of our residents and allows them to age in place and be comfortable in familiar surroundings.
