Dr. Sameer Naseeruddin, MD is a double board certified physician and an official U.S. Civil Surgeon by the Department of Homeland Security. An expert in Internal Medicine, he is well respected in the community and has a loyal patient base. Dr. Sameer has also been a prominent Primary Care Physician participating in Health Plus Physician
Organization (“HPPO”) successfully for more than 10 years. HPPO is a boutique independent physician organization with over 400 participating doctors. Dr. Sameer is extremely active in HPPO’s clinical integration program with a focus on primary care delivery, easy accessibility to care, and high standards of quality.
