I’m asking patient-facing health workers to share their perspectives about their own mental health. This survey is completely anonymous, unless you choose to leave your contact information at the end. If you indicate that you are open to an interview about your experience, I’ll be in touch soon. And because of the sensitivity of this topic, I can keep you anonymous (upon request) for the project, though I will need to verify your name and credentials.
